Presentation of the international project “Protecting Memory”

On 12 of September 2019 the presentation of the activities in Ukraine in frames of the “Protecting memory” project (joint project of the Ukrainian Center for Holocaust Studies, the Foundation Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe and other partners) was carried out at the Ukraine crisis media center. During the presentation the opening of new memorials at mass killing sites in the territories of Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia regions (oblasts) were announced. The opening ceremonies are scheduled for 16-19 of September 2019.
