XIII Robert Kuwałek Scientific and Educational Seminar "The History of the Holocaust in Western Ukraine and Eastern Poland"

insidethegatesOn October 22-27, 2023, the Ukrainian Center for Holocaust Studies, together with the Polish educational organization Brama Grodzka (Lublin), will hold an annual seminar and educational trip "The History of the Holocaust in Western Ukraine and Eastern Poland'' for a group of history teachers from Ukraine. This educational project of the UCHS is being resumed after a four-year break.

  • Start of the Projekt Museums: Rethinking.

    On 17-19 November 2023, a seminar was held in Kyiv as part of the project Museums: Rethinking". For three days, participants shared experiences, chose strategies and tools to implement their innovative ideas and looked for possible ways of development. An important part of the seminar was discussions on rethinking work in the context of russia's war against Ukraine and a practical session on trauma-sensitive approaches in the field of exhibitions, events, and school projects.
